Great services too. A wide range of products for a wonderful breakfast. Easy to get to, stunning location just off the real vineyards of the Hunter and the Hunter Valley of New South Wales, a three hour drive north of Sydney and the local wineries.

I recently stayed at Spicers in Pokolbin for a weekend getaway. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even had our room ready with the perfect ambiance, complete with air-conditioning, soft lighting, and relaxing music. The chilled cocktails on arrival and the surprise knock at the door with another cocktail on the second night were fantastic touches. The location and grounds were stunning, with a beautiful pool, spa, and gazebo. Our room was spacious and had a lounge area, fireplace, and a luxurious spa bath. The views from the private balcony were breathtaking. The on-site restaurant, Botanica, served delicious a la carte breakfasts and dinners with perfect views. It was a truly memorable stay, and I can't wait to go back.
